The Coca-Cola Route

The Marangu Route is the oldest and most traditional route on Mount Kilimanjaro, also known as the “Coca-Cola Route.” It is popular because it offers hut accommodation rather than camping, making it more comfortable for many climbers. The route follows a steady path and is suitable for travelers who want a structured climb.

The 6-day itinerary improves acclimatization and increases the chances of reaching the summit, while still offering a manageable pace.
